I'm not an accountant. Do I need one?
No. The system posts every entry for you. When your accountant does look, they'll find a proper ledger, trial balance and reports.
How do I pay for add-ons?
Request one in Settings → Billing and pay by bKash or bank transfer. We switch it on after checking the payment.
Can staff use it on a phone or tablet?
Yes. The POS works on tablets and phones, and each person gets their own login and permissions.
Can I bring my products from Excel?
Yes. Import a spreadsheet, then add sizes and colours in one screen.
